Job Role: · Working across large territory of Cheshire, Merseyside and parts of GMMMG to launch a new Diabetes product – Steglatro. · Building and developing relationships with networks of health care professionals to drive uptake and growth of newly launched product. · Use of multi channel communication such as f2f, phone, Veeva engage or email depending on preference of HCP to suit their needs. This also allows for flexible working in remote areas of the UK off patch such as the North East of England and West Hampshire. · Identify growth opportunities based on uptake of new products to the market, use of class and guidance/formulary changes, along with regular sales analysis. · Identify areas of improvement to the business strategy and feedback any ideas to wider team to allow further business growth. · Work closely with entire team – Fellow MCKAMs, Secondary Care Key Account Manager, Regional business manager and Area Health Leads. I have also lead many national team sessions to share ideas, build engagement and work on key skills during the pandemic. Key Achievements · Recognised for sales growth across territory for 4 consecutive months and highest pack sales nationally since launch. · Recognised nationally for my positive attitude and individual contribution to the team through my professionalism, adaptability working across and off territory. · Built strong working relationships with MSD counterparts and have been involved in organizing various team meetings. We have been recognised nationally for our collaboration across two companies ensuring we have the same vision. · Organised successful remote satellite meeting for HCPs in Bolton, showcasing the future use of this technology allowing wider audiences across the UK to join and collaborate with education.

Implemented new IDDSI framework across territory for all health care professionals in a number of settings – Hospitals, Community hospitals, nursing homes, care agencies and prisons. Coordinated and provided product training to mitigate risk and raise awareness of Dysphagia across territory with all health care professionals Completed product conversions when competitor product was being used, engaged with clinical leads to provide guidance on next steps and followed through with support and assistance when needed with local GP and Pharmacy. Built and developed relationships with networks of health care professionals to drive uptake and growth of medical nutritional product. Reported findings and concerns raised to local CCG in order to improve implementation of framework and provided guidance on next steps. Identified local business opportunities for product based on sales potential for growth and sustainability. Worked closely with entire team - territory manager, regional business manager and speech and language therapy team in particular. Key Achievements: Provided over 120 safety briefing training sessions for all healthcare professionals across North Wales territory which has led to a successful implementation of IDDSI framework and increase in product sales. Immediately became an integral part of the team and went on to receive positive feedback on a number of occasions from a variety of health care professionals and colleagues.
