Founded in 1997, SRI Executive was initially conceived as an executive search firm focused solely on the Not for Profit and Life Science sector. Since then, we have evolved and developed, becoming a global consulting practice specialising in Search, Strategy and Leadership. Maynooth

Responsible for the development of the systems and processes that strengthen our ability to execute organisational strategy, including developing processes for enhanced strategic alignment globally. We have recently adopted the balanced scorecard as our strategy management system; the development and rolling out of which I lead on. I work closely with the leadership team and colleagues globally to drive delivery and performance as well as facilitating conversations to ensure our continued relevance.

Maynooth

Developed and managed key organisational projects that advanced our thinking and practice in relation to organisational strategy, accountability and learning. The projects required creative thinking, multi-stakeholder engagement and change-management competencies. The results of the projects included the commitment to a new system to manage organisational strategy, completion of the CHS Self-Assessment and strengthened commitment to accountability and the delivery of a two-year research project with University of Limerick on knowledge management, which has informed the organisational approach to such.

Governance responsibilities and advise on strategy.

Policy and system development for global monitoring, evaluation and learning. Revised and adopted new approaches to evaluation and commissioned and managed innovative research in partnership with Trinity College, Dublin.

• Develop and conduct end term evaluation of health and education programmes in northern Tanzania (Rosminians East Africa)

• Led the rapid needs assessment for ACTED emergency response in Samburu Districts• Programme development and proposal writing for emergency response conflict sensitive WASH and food security programme in three districts (OFDA funded)• Management and supervision of all ACTED activities in 4 districts in Kenya (Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency)

• Key representative ACTED Northern Uganda• Coordinated Food Security and Livelihoods Programmes• Managed team of 70, budget circa €3million• Facilitated programme and proposal development

Uganda

• Developed nationwide expansion proposal for Girls’ Education Movement (GEM)• Assisted with development of UNICEF/Ministry of Education Early Childhood Development Proposal

Tanzania

• Coordinated health, education and livelihoods programmes• Facilitated organisational transition from project orientation to programme orientation• Strengthened governance structures and management systems such as setting up functional committees, introducing accountancy package, organisational policy development • Strengthened capacity of organisation and raised annual funding threefold
