Customer Education Program Manager
CurrentTasked with creating a customer education program. This role helped me to utilize many skill sets accumulated over the years. These include:Working with our Applications Team (an amazing group by the way) to create materials to unify our messaging.-Working with construction contractors to create an amazing training space for our customers.-Developing a paid model for our education program and have it become an additional income stream for our company.-Managing all logistics for a training center while also doing all hands-on training available at our training center.-Providing coaching for presentation skills for delivering online content. -Working with the field to help update content as needed to keep us current.
