Liz LaMonica has been working in the field of wellness and fitness for 20 years. Her experience includes personal training, group fitness training, pre and post natal training, and kids' fitness. In the last 3 years Liz has become actively involved in the charities of Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation and the Josh Stevens Foundation. Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation is a national organization that provides financial and emotional support for families of children with cancer. Candlelighters supported Liz's family in many ways throughout her daughter's treatment of leukemia from 2006-2009.The Josh Stevens Foundation promotes kindness in children in memory of a special boy Josh Stevens who inspired kindness in everyone he met before he lost his life in a tragic accident at the age of 12. The JSF honors Josh by rewarding acts of kindness performed by children throughout Clark County.
