Co-chaired and organized 3 parades in conjunction with 7 Rotary clubs in Plano and sponsored by the City of Plano. These events were in collaboration with city events and included thousands of participants and spectators.

- Designed and implemented a Global Change Management web-based process and application as part of an overall ITIL framework. Led a cross-functional team of senior specialists and managers to re-evaluate the current change management process and develop a new process and web-based tool.- Created Change Management Review meetings that became internal IT Governance controls to ensure members of organization adhere to process.- Made presentations and demos to various customer groups in an effort to expand Global Change Management tool.- Developed the Services Management Process Framework strategy, to further integrate processes and data with Information Services.- Presented process initiatives to senior level IT executives to obtain support and resources for further process management improvements within IT.

- Provided technical expertise and solutions to automate identified manual Global Data Center processes and problems while maintaining high standards of customer service and improving customer satisfaction.- Developed automation processes and tools to support the Montreal Lights Out Project. Activities included project planning, automation of distributed printing and automation of operator’s job functions.- Led automation support to Ottawa data center and Nortel-Matra Cellular merger in Paris, France, Consolidation and Computing Standardization projects. This included the planning and setup of a remote monitoring system on various platforms, remote console access and automated problem notification.- Provided primary automation support for remote sites: Calgary and Ottawa and implemented standard Global Data Center Automation plan onto these sites.- Designed and administered a customer satisfaction survey related to internal Computing and Telecommunications facilities and services covering approx. 4000 people.- Prepared the 1994 Operating Expense budget totaling in excess of $10M for the Information Systems departments at 5 locations, working closely with all levels of management including Assistant Vice-President..
