- Designed and implemented a Global Change Management web-based process and application as part of an overall ITIL framework. Activities included project planning, automation of distributed printing and automation of operator’s job functions.- Led automation support to Ottawa data center and Nortel-Matra Cellular merger in Paris, France, Consolidation and Computing Standardization projects. This included the planning and setup of a remote monitoring system on various platforms, remote console access and automated problem notification.- Provided primary automation support for remote sites: Calgary and Ottawa and implemented standard Global Data Center Automation plan onto these sites.- Designed and administered a customer satisfaction survey related to internal Computing and Telecommunications facilities and services covering approx. 4000 people.- Prepared the 1994 Operating Expense budget totaling in excess of $10M for the Information Systems departments at 5 locations, working closely with all levels of management including Assistant Vice-President..
