After pursuing my master's degree in psychology, I maintained my position at The Lighthouse Companies and was promoted into the company’s first dedicated human resources position. Upon cross-country relocation in 2013, I continued to work with Lighthouse management in a consulting role across a number of business functions in order to support the company's major projects, day-to-day tasks, efficiency initiatives, and overall growth of the Company.
