- Synthesize internal and external research, identify gaps, track methodological advances, and propose lines of inquiry for future research- Track and catalog publicly available public opinion research on key issue areas- Use Datawrapper to visualize data for research presentations

-Develop and oversee a multi-million dollar research plan to produce data-driven campaigns that increase Latino voter turnout- Manage the Latino Anti-Disinformation Lab, including disinformation inoculation research- Meet with elected officials and government partners to share research findings and recommendations- Directed team of staff, external pollsters, consultants to produce rigorous research projects- Author 40+ research reports and slide decks to share research insights and messaging recommendations with partners- Design questionnaires, focus group guides, and randomized controlled experiments in collaboration with external pollsters- Developed and mentored a diverse team resulting in high engagement and performance

- Developed the department’s strategic communications plan and social media guidelines- Served as the department’s public information officer - Produced monthly department newsletter - Conducted media training for department subject matter experts

- Supervised team of ten elections ambassadors who conducted voter registration drives and education events - Developed and implemented strategic communications plan and social media guidelines- Fostered partnerships with municipalities, businesses, and organizations that hosted voter education events- Served as the public information officer - Processed mail and provisional ballots- Qualified candidates and processed their financial disclosure documents

- Oversaw team of four data and communications staff members in the Digital Media Department - Produced outreach and development materials for the New College Foundation- Developed, executed, and tracked (Sprout Social, Meltwater) social media campaigns- Served as editor-in-chief of Nimbus, the college’s alumni magazine- Devised media buying strategy in collaboration with Admissions and Enrollment Management departments

- Designed and fielded multi-state experimental surveys of Latino voters in collaboration with national non-profit organization - Hired, trained, and supervised team of 20 callers who collected data for statewide survey for a book project- Conducted in-depth interviews for study of successful Black engineering students - Conducted original research for publication and presentation at national academic conferences, including observational and experimental quantitative research, focus groups, and interviews

- Prepared white papers for use in lobbying efforts at the Federal Communications Commission and on Capitol Hill- Created presentations for FCC commissioners and congressional staffers- Wrote blogs and produced social media content to share Free Press’s legislative activities with supporters

- Used content analysis to study media framing of Latino politics for Master’s thesis - Conducted original research for presentation at national academic conferences, including qualitative and qualitative data analysis - Supervised graphic design team and marketing initiatives at SIUE's Morris University Center - Wrote and edited copy for marketing collateral
