Scorch Fitness is a High Intensity Resistance training boutique gym that offers 40+ classes per week, with over 300 current members.-Lead a team of 15 employees whose goal is to inspire and motivate members to find their strengths.-Create a content strategy and marketing calendar across email, blog and social media through mixed media that is executed by team members.-Create year long periodized strength and conditioning training programs for Scorch coaching team members to teach daily that can be modified for each member based on goals, ability levels, and previous injury history.-Host monthly socials and community events to drive moral and engagement.

Scorch Community was developed to fill the gap between underserved male and female youth and access to physical and mental health conditioning to prepare our future leaders. -Created strength and conditioning programs for teen athletes to be administered by the Scorch Community coaching team.-Created an 8 week long goal setting and mindset curriculum with the mission that by becoming physically stronger will correlate into increased self esteem, confidence, overall happiness, and ability to make stronger decisions in all areas of life. -Create and lead 4-5 key fundraisers per year to raise money for the organization.-Create and oversee content development using mixed media to tell the story of these youth.

The Lumen app then guides you with that data to make daily changes to push your body into burning fat and bettering your overall metabolic health.-Created and built the "Explore" Tab within the Lumen app for users internationally.-Developed original copy for short form video content and educational courses on topics covering exercise physiology, nutrition, mindset, goal setting, sleep, habits, hormones, gut health, and lifestyle change.-Hired hosts, photographers, and videographers and produced all media.-Created a new onboarding journey through email campaigns and webinar messaging to streamline user experience and increase product retention.-Created scripts and presentation for onboarding webinar to be executed by the Lumen team.-Created scripts and performed voice over for product instructional videos within the app.-Consulted with founders on long term goals of the company and content strategy.
