I am a change manager, project manager, and consultant with over 20 years of project experience across various sectors and industries. I am a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner, certified in Human Change Management Body of Knowledge, and have a Diploma of Project Management (PMBOK). I have experience with the Agile methodology and Boards. I have a dual skill set of project management and change management, which enables me to integrate the time, cost, and quality aspects of projects with the human, social, and cultural dimensions of change. I use analytical, communication, and presentation skills to conduct change impact assessments, design change interventions, and facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration. I also use MS Teams, Planner Task Boards, and other digital tools to enhance team cohesion and performance. I believe that people must be at the centre of projects, and that involving them in the co-design and co-delivery of project outcomes is essential for achieving project success and organisational transformation.For organisations, I would love to see the development of Change as Usual along with Business as Usual and strategic planning and operational planning.
