I have several years successful experience turning around schools which have struggled into flourishing safe and happy learning environments. I also work on two national bodies as an expert in Early Years and Primary maths and for a CIC as a coach.Now looking to support schools through consultancy work in the following areas: school consultancy covering all areas of leadership and management (including teaching and learning, strategic vision, effective use of budgets), coaching leaders, identifying strategies which lead to real, sustainable improvement, audit of maths provision and planning with staff effective development.I believe in working alongside people using a growth model which provides insights for sustainable effective change. Leaders and school staff have known challenge and accountability at a deep level. I choose to support and develop in a way which leads to growth and ownership of improvement.
