Leading large multidisciplinary teams ensuring quality performance which was responsive to need. • Implementation Lead: During this period I was given the opportunity to lead on the implementation of 2 large complex substance misuse services in Suffolk and Hertfordshire which were £3m and £9m in value respectively, involving complex staff TUPE transfer, data, prescription and systems mobilisation and transfer. Both projects required the mobilisation of multiple new service delivery locations (premises) and subsequent planning and refurbishment of these - to budget, and timescale.
