Performed office manager duties for a local Janitorial/ Maintenance Company with an average of 800+ employees; was responsible for purchasing office supplies, greeting guest, answering heavy phones, directing customer calls to appropriate department. Worked closely with the CEO, Company Controller and Operations Manager assisting and performing HR Manager duties’, i.e. Identifying staff vacancies and recruited, interviewed and selected applicants, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
