I have been fortunate to have worked with a variety of organizations in leadership roles in public health for over twenty years. I presently serve as Chief Operating Office at Seven Counties Services and am a Kentucky licensed psychologist. I currently serve on the American Psychological Association Measurement Based Care Advisory Committee, NAMI Louisville Board of Directors, and the KYNETIC (Kentucky Network for Innovation and Commercialization) External Review Board. I most recently served as Chief Operations Officer at UofL Health - Peace Hospital. I previously served as AVP of Population and Behavioral Health Strategy for Passport Health Plan by Molina Healthcare and Vice President of Health Integration and Director of Behavioral Health at Passport Health Plan. I had the opportunity to serve as President of the Kentucky Brain Injury Alliance, the Kentucky Psychological Association, and was Chair of the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology. I held certification as a Patient Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. I am a past member of the American Psychological Association Business of Practice Network Steering Committee, Director of Mental Health for the Kentucky Department of Corrections, Board Member of the Legacy Foundation, and a fellow of the Kentucky Public Health Leadership Institute. I also served as Director of the Health Psychology Emphasis Area and Clinical Associate Professor with the Spalding University School of Professional Psychology.Areas of expertise include: public health policy; health service design, evaluation, and partnering with payers; integrated care delivery; value based care contracting including payment model design; forensic correctional mental health; leadership coaching; enhancing team member engagement; succession planning; and strategic planning with plan execution.
