Responsible for the delivery of the Experience Design project at Wimpole Estate, looking strategically and holistically at how best to develop the visitor experience and business, within the context of what makes Wimpole special.

I manage the visitor capacity management project in the East of England. This project looks at how we manage increasing visitor numbers at National Trust properties while continuing to maintain a quality experience. It is designed to enable National Trust property teams to become more sophisticated and proactive in the management of visitor numbers, leading to a more flexible and efficient operation with improved cost control, better service and increased income.
