This can be tailored to suit your individual or your organisational needs and can be delivered in person online via Zoom or MS Teams. Developing Mindfulness skills will enable you to develop your emotional intelligence. In addition it will help you be a resilient and kind person able to live your life in a meaningful and compassionate way; able to be mindful, kind, resilient, joyful, at rest, attentive, aware and grateful.
