GlobalView Products and Services support 80+ countries worldwide.My role as Business Analyst in this starts during initial stages of development when roadmaps are being decided and budgeting is performed for our template development work within this Multinational, fast moving GlobalView business.. I focus on establishment of clear requirements and validating these with Product Management, internal business and client stakeholders. My responsibility is to then articulate the requirements to the Architect team, without losing fundamental features expected by the stakeholders. During the development phase I am working with Developers (programmers) and Architects alike to verify their work, support any intricate test activities and finally present the delivered product to the original stakeholders concerned. Often this requires a flexible and 'negotiating' style whilst design and development work can expose the need to 'change' the original scope. I am also the 'interface' between internal business partners and GlobalView Product Development and work as a 'triage' for certain complex products. Essentially this requires me to oversee analysis of support tickets and decision making with regards whether issues are product related, client specific and in many cases whether or not the 'request' should be handled at a template product level or managed as a client specific activity. This is key to ensuring a continual evolution of our products - and helps keep a close eye on the relevance of our products to the market expectations.
