Over the course of my time as an Account Executive, I have managed our Retail Distribution channel for monitors and accessories and have also managed/worked with the following accounts: Best Buy, Microsoft, Microcenter, Fry's and Wal-Mart. I am currently focusing on the Best Buy account's online consumer business with Dell

My role as part of the Dell retail team is to support our largest retail accounts by handling internal operations for consumer systems, electronics, and accessories. Attention to detail, excellent customer service, and being a team player are key elements to success within retail at Dell. I look forward to learning extensively about the retail side of Dell and look forward to a long career as part of the Dell family.

My goal, as part of the Dell 4 Education Team, is to raise awareness of the Dell 4 Education program within K-12 schools! My current focus is on making sure students and their families know how to access the program and know where to shop for the most recent promotion! It is Back to School season and we want to help students save money while making sure they have access to the best technology!

Design and market custom made wooden signs. Acquire customers and develop customer relationships by proactively addressing customer needs. Advertise items through Etsy, social media platforms, and local fairs. Fill and ship customer orders. Respond to customer's questions and develop new inventory. Managed a classroom of third graders. Motivated and educated my students. Mutli-tasked and utilized time management skills to keep students engaged while keeping to the curriculum schedule. Worked with other teachers on a team to construct education plans and student goals.
