I am the Co-founder and CEO of ArtLifting: A social enterprise that connects corporations with artists with disabilities. We started small with $4K of our savings and have scaled to sell tens of millions of dollars of artwork! Artists earn the majority of profit from art sales and have earned 8 figures collectively.     The mission of City Heart is to empower homeless and low-income artists through the celebration and sale of their work. I developed partnerships with seven nonprofits in order to increase the reach and impact of the annual shows. City Heart is a collaboration with artists from Cambridge Women's Center, Common Art, New England Center for Homeless Veterans, Pine Street Inn, St. Francis House, and Women's Lunch Place.At the fourth-annual show we displayed 1,000+ pieces of work from 70 artists in the Prudential Center in Boston. Artists report that City Heart helps them feel appreciated by the community and earn much-needed money. After a few years, transitioned City Heart to be run by a local nonprofit to ensure annual show would continue after I launched ArtLifting.

    The LIFT Bike Project is an “earn-a-bike” program that provides homeless and low-income individuals with free helmets, locks, and refurbished bicycles. Clients earn their bikes by volunteering for at least 10 hours and attending a mandatory bike safety session.To date, 150 individuals have earned bikes, helmets, and locks through the LIFT Bike Project.In exchange for these bikes, recipients have donated more than 1,500 hours of volunteering in our community. These 150 bikes have helped low-income community members work towards their goals of securing housing, finding employment, and leading a healthier life. While completing my Masters' Degree, I also founded art collectives with homeless and low-income individuals to provide a supportive environment and creative outlet. In addition, I created "Arts in Action" a large art show and performance in downtown Edinburgh to empower marginalized artists.Additionally, I gave 20 speeches at Rotary Clubs throughout the United Kingdom and the United States regarding my service work.
