•Responsible for documents and process implementation to Organic system;•Elaboration of procedures to adapt the quality of milk according to IN 62;•Identification of all productive process, people management and inventory control;•Interface with Accredited Certifier by Agriculture Agency in order to obtain Organic Seal;•Actions to do proper disposal to the waste produced by the farm.

- Responsible for monitoring and compliance environmental licensing conditions of operations. Interface with regulatory agencies;- Responsible for implementation of internal environment standard to comply with current legislations;- Monitoring, revision and updating of internal database of documents, records of licenses and other legal requirements;- Development of PGRS ( Solid Waste Management Plan) according to National and Local Laws;- Inspections and audits in operational area in order to ensure compliance with internal standards, procedures and regulatory standards. Registration and treatment of nonconformities; - Translations of HSE documents and banners from English to Portuguese; - Control of employees internal certifications. Management and monitoring of HSE training for Latin America;- HSE Training sections for employees.

- Analysis of legislations and development of operational controls for dangerous goods and chemicals; management of licenses of dangerous goods regulated by Federal Police, Army and Civil Police; analysis of legislations for dangerous goods and chemicals regulated by Army, Agencies of land, air and waterways transportation (ANTT, DPC, ANTAQ, ANAC and others). - Analysis and translation of Safety Data Sheets, Emergency Sheets and labels for dangerous goods and chemicals according to the current legislation.- Management of registrations at professional councils (CREA and CRQ).- Elaboration and review of procedures and guides for the management and using of chemicals.- Audits in licenses, records and registrations in order to meet the current legislations.
