Assists in managing a community of over 5,300 officers across 55 separate designators. A driving force in reshaping the Limited Duty Officer (LDO) and Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) community into a healthier community. Instrumental in gaining Fleet wide support for community initiatives by using detailed research, cost projections, and analysis to support grade restructure within individual LDO and CWO designators. Possesses comprehensive technical knowledge, leadership and oversight that allows accurate and thorough analysis of the LDO and CWO communities’ policy and Title 10 law interpretation and adjudication on all community issues. Analysis assists Chief of Naval Personnel, Naval Personnel Command, OPNAV N13, OPNAV N12, and OPNAV N10 in making vital decisions that impact Navy Fleet readiness. Leads LDO and CWO community briefs during Officer Community Manager (OCM) road trips. Motivated speaker and briefer covering LDO and CWO health issues, career management and promotion planning data to new accessions and senior leadership to better understand future career path options.

Supervised three government civilians and eight contractors on all SPAWAR Command, Control, Communication and Computer Intelligence (C4I) Alteration Installation Team operations in the Mayport, FL Fleet concentration area. Expertly managed 80 C4I installations totaling over seven million dollars across 17 combatant ships, delivering each installation on time and within budget. Provided direct support to all waterfront stakeholders in the restoration and grooming of critical shipboard C4I systems. Coordinated and delivered government and private industry partners’ detailed briefs to Integrated Project Team development meetings regarding installation and alteration work on all CNO priority availabilities

Acting Branch Head and Combat Systems Rating Assignment Officer to the Director, Enlisted Distribution Division, Navy Personnel Command. Responsible for the assignment and distribution of over 30,000 Surface Combat Systems Sailors consisting of six rates. Supervised 23 detailers and one civilian while managing a $52 million-dollar budget during a period of stringent fiscal constraints. Ensured detailers expertly balanced the needs of the Navy while ensuring each Sailor received the best set of orders based on their career goals, abilities, and desires. Efforts led to an enhanced Fleet readiness and ensured over 200 ships and 120 shore commands were optimally manned.
