I work to transform systems to enable better lives across the intersection of place, people, and systems to build an equitable and inclusive Aotearoa. My work is grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi and an equity lens. I have a relational style and work in partnership with Māori, Pacific, disabled people and ethnic and Rainbow communities. I offer specialist skills and expertise across the policy cycle through: - Social research to identify opportunities and issues - Strategic development of outcomes, objectives and criteria for policies and programmes through the design of logic models and theories of change - Design thinking to develop community-led solutions and innovations and test their effectiveness - Community engagement and submission analysis to inform legislative, policy and programme change- Monitoring and evaluating legislations, policies and programmes- Capability building on research and evaluation. I have a collaborative working style. I lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex cross-sector multi-year projects and delivered fast insights to keep projects moving forward.
