I lead the Centers of Excellence for Sonos, specifically Learning & Development (including our LMS implementation), Performance and Talent Management, Mentoring, Manager and Leadership assessment and development, and cultural initiatives such as our hybrid approach to work and covid response.In my role, I support employees in every stage of their employment lifecycle, from onboarding and objective setting through development milestones and subsequent career stagest. Of particular interest to me is the arc from entry-level manager to senior leader, which is an evolution that requires structure, support, and a strong network.
