• Supporting the aligned Business Partner to proactively deliver HR strategies within the business e.g. employee relations, talent and training
• Directly supports customer group in Corby with facilitation and implementation of HR deliverables

Working as part of the shared resource team to provide the full spectrum of HR support. This will include (and is not limited to) employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development and change management to all areas and locations of the business to agreed quality standards and within service level agreements.

To assist Divisional Sales Managers in the sourcing and recruitment of Area Sales Managers. Delivering resourcing and recruitment services to Divisional Sales Managers to agreed quality standards and within service levels as set down in the Company’s recruitment policy and within HR best practice

• Monitoring requisitions to ensure an excellent candidate experience from application to interview, through to offer of employment.
• Working to develop and maximise the effectiveness of sourcing channels(e.g talent pools and job boards)
• Communicating effectively with hiring managers on sourcing solutions to best support their recruitment needs.
• Providing guidance when required to hiring managers and candidates at each stage of the recruitment process.
• Liaising with third parties to ensure requirements are met including recruitment agencies, advertising agency.
• Developing relationships with Hiring managers and internal team in Hyderabad.

• Service /Account Manager
• Managing all aspects of two large accounts – easyJet (60 temps at peak) and PayPoint (perm placements x 4 per month)
• Sourcing, screening and placing qualified candidates for both accounts (including bilingual call centre staff)
• Conducting telephone interviews for overseas candidates.
• Supporting candidates with re location.
• Recognising potential, suitability and talent when interviewing.
