My role as an HR Administrator was to provide support to the Human Resources Manager by assisting with various tasks and administration duties regarding human resources activities, policies, processes and procedures.This varied role allowed me to be exposed to most aspects of HR including:• Managing records and preparing correspondence• Assisting with the recruitment and selection process• Providing support with on‐boarding• Working on internal communications projects• Generation of reports and presentations• Relief reception
