Liza joined the Buxton Pratt Consulting team in April 2017 with 12 years experience in Real Estate specialising in Residential Leasing and Business Development, and almost 3 years experience in Real Estate Recruitment.When Liza re-entered the work force after having her first child, she wanted to channel her love of Real Estate, passion for people and relationship building in a different direction. As a result, she landed her first role in the exciting and fast paced world of Real Estate Recruitment.Recruitment for Liza is about more than marrying up a suitable candidate with a job vacancy. She has a genuine interest and desire to really get to know her candidates and work with them to find that perfect role where they will thrive, personally and professionally, and just be happy.
