In this role, I successfully coordinated the ordering and installation of $1 million plus projects, to meet client deadlines, budgets, and specific needs. I worked directly with a sales and design team to curate and order furniture for client workspaces, restaurants, hotels, and home offices. I created and reviewed quotes based on specifications from A&D, researching past orders, and specifying furniture from multiple manufacturers. I directly negotiated and scheduled the installation of all furniture orders to coincide with client timelines.Throughout projects, I consistently followed up with vendors, delivery/trucking companies, and installation crews to ensure that timelines were on track. I communicated directly with end-users to provide up-to-date information on all orders, installs, and shipping. At the end of each project, I completed project cost analysis.

I worked with with a team of interior designers and sales executives to coordinate project plans. My main goal was to ensure projects ran as smoothly as possible and finished on time. I generated quotes and invoices, prepared clients for renovations, and provided all pertinent dates, details, and follow up information. I completed orders for renovation projects; including, cabinets, special orders, samples, re-orders, and warranties. I also planned and schedule punch outs/punch lists with contractors and clients. Upon final completion of projects, I conducted a walk through with the client and confirmed satisfaction.

I worked alongside the CEO to assist in the day-to-day as well as big-picture tasks. I effectively implemented a new scheduling procedure and a calendar system. Successfully streamlined the editing process and forms for client review. I created and implemented new Operation Standards and Manuals for employees. I created and maintained positive relationships with our active clients to ensure that all audit needs and timelines were met. I assisted in the monitoring of Regal’s Social Media platforms, as well as, created content. I also created marketing and email campaigns to connect with potential clients/agents, and to inform agents and clients of upcoming events and giveaways.

I managed and facilitated all incoming catering orders. I worked with a sales team and successfully lead them to complete sales goals. I created manuals for standards of operation and provided training for all new sales associates and delivery drivers. I created marketing and email campaigns to keep customers up to date on services and to bring in new customers. I also created successful incentive programs for referrals as well as specials to produce more sales.
