Operating primarily within the home wear department. Duties involved customer service, visual merchandising and achieving targets. Responsible for maintaining the Ralph Lauren children's wear range, which is of the more popular children's brands within the department.

Worked with the Checkout management team to ensure optimal customer service for the department. Undertook additional training in order to assist with the day to day operations, which involved gaining additional knowledge of the kiosk and customer service desk. This role involved capacity management and cash-handling. Also worked in the cake shop and the cafe, which required Level 3 Food Safety Training. These roles also involved completion of paperwork for audit purposes, stock rotation to meet food safety standards and food preparation and production.

This was a temporary position during the Christmas period, where responsibilities included sizing children's feet, delivering customer service and maintaining the image of the store.
