CurrentLiza serves as a consultant, coach, thought partner, network designer, facilitator and trainer. A leading practitioner in the areas of networks for systems change, cohort capacity building and leadership development for over twenty years, she has spearheaded innovation in the design and delivery of initiatives that bring leaders together for impact. Liza partners with funders to design and implement leadership development programs and learning communities for CEO/Executive Directors and emerging leaders. Her organizational consulting includes assessment, strategy and planning, and the design and facilitation of multi-organization processes in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. Liza co-authored The Due DiligenceTool: for use in pre-grant assessment (2004) and Tool for Assessing Startup Organizations: a due diligence supplement for grantmakers (2003) - both published by Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO) - and The Nonprofit Mergers Workbook, Part II: Unifying the Organization after a Merger (2004). Liza is a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC) and a certified Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner.
