Consultant to the 3C multi-nation & multi-stakeholder process for the Office of the Under-Secretary General and Special Advisor on Preparations for the 75th UN Anniversary & the SG’s Roadmap for Artificial Intelligence Digital Cooperation.On 11 June 2020, United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres presented a set of recommended actions for the international community to help ensure all people are connected, respected, and protected in the digital age. The Secretary-General’s Roadmap for Digital Cooperation is the result of a multi-year, multi-stakeholder, global effort to address a range of issues related to the Internet, artificial intelligence, and other digital technologies.

Civic Tech: Racial Equity, Technology & the City of MinneapolisThis project enhanced the existing City of Minneapolis’ Strategic and Racial Equity Action Plan by developing solutions for updated data privacy policies & technology considerations such as transparent tech design in Artificial Intelligence & Data Surveillance (predictive analytics used in bail algorithms, data collected from body cameras, facial recognition and video surveillance).As a result of this fellowship, POSTME.MN was created of which I am a founding member. • Advised the Racial Equity Steering Committee on the creation and implementation of the Strategic Racial Equity Action Plan (SREAP)• Provided an annual evaluation report to communities in Minneapolis on the City's progress addressing racial inequities and closing racial disparities• Advised on City Budget, 2020 Census and Smart City plans through an Artificial Intelligence lens ensuring fairness and trustworthiness

Coached, counseled and mentored 65 employees by inserting agile practices into oversight of technology, human resources, financial and administrative management functions. Facilitated leadership development opportunities for staff to learn how to manage high value external relationships with vendors, customers and organizational compliance groups to include: TSA, DOT, USPS, OSHA and EEOC.Created self-directed leadership teams to assist with administrative and liaison functions with local airport authorities, airport police, airport operations, us airports and other airline management teams. Key Accomplishment: Developed a "strategic and integrated agile" approach to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which included daily team stand-ups focused on productivity, customer service delivery, risk management, corporate metrics and removing roadblocks for performance success. Leadership oversight included: $300M aircraft and 65 employees.

Served as Defense Intelligence Agency Program Management Office (JPMO) Senior Technology Lead overseeing agile development and release cycles, staff and the roll out of desktop applications in a service-based environment. Activities included establishing governance controls for production and testing, application integration across the Intelligence community impacting over 5K users. Served in the Office of the CIO overseeing the implementation of an Enterprise Project Management solution. Effort included an agile integration of 500 projects with Project Server, Project Professional and SharePoint impacting 1000 strategic users.

As Account Executive co-led the strategy and team which successfully bid and won the JIEDDO TSE $900M IDIQ (the only mid-size company awarded). As Technology Expert, built strategic partnerships with small businesses providing staff to support a $500M contract resulting in a teaming agreement of 20% work share. Provided leadership and oversight within the Intelligence Solutions business unit in the execution of multi-million-dollar mission critical technology initiatives.

Oversaw $53M operational systems, technology and integration lab with a focus on data collection, data fusion, information sharing and application integration supporting a Net-Centric Architecture across 4 government networks using agile/scrum and waterfall methodologies.Sr. Program Manager for 200+ staff which provided operational support to military command centers and technology innovation in support of various Department of Defense stakeholders in a 24/7 environment. Led strategy sessions, integrated product teams and innovative technology reviews to maintain an Enterprise Program Rapid Lifecycle Development environment.

February 2006 - February 2008 Oversaw the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery of Financial Statements.
