CurrentI am pleased to have returned "home" to the firm where I learned to practice law. In this position, I will continue to defend corporations in product liability, consumer, personal injury, and commercial matters. I manage litigation matters in a variety of disputes across the State of Michigan and the country, including in state and federal trial and appellate courts and arbitration proceedings.I am National Counsel for a publicly traded consumer product manufacturing company, advising on litigation and discovery strategies, product liability matters, safety messaging, and sales documentation. I represent a large insurance carrier in No-Fault coverage and litigation matters. And I represent a variety of small to mid-sized companies in various commercial and employment matters, including non-compete agreements, trade secrets, insurance coverage, and franchise law.
