Liza Gerritsen specialises in banking and finance law and is a member of NautaDutilh's Structured Finance team. Liza's practice focusses on structured finance, including securitisations and asset based transactions and capital markets transactions.She recently worked with and acted, among others, for Qander Consumer Finance B.V. on the Aurorus 2016 transaction and for Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Nederland B.V. and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank on the Ochiba 2015 and the Matsuba 2016 securitisation transactions backed by consumer loan receivables. She also acted for Nationale-Nederlanden Bank N.V. on their Hypenn RMBS V transaction and for Venn Partners on its warehouse transaction for the origination of new mortgage business in the Netherlands. Liza is an active member of the legal working group of the Dutch Securitisation Association (DSA), in which capacity she acted as drafting counsel of the recently introduced standard documentation for Dutch consumer finance ABS transactions with the aim to improve transparency and reduce complexity of Dutch securitisation transactions. Liza studied at the universities of Nijmegen, Amsterdam and Barcelona. In 2008 Liza took part in the specialisation course Finance and Security Rights of the Grotius Academy. She graduated with honours in 2009.
