I’m native English and have lived most of my life in France, therefore completely fluent in French, and speak Portuguese at an advanced level.I've been teaching English as a foreign language for more than 20 years in multinational companies such as Faurecia ( now Forvia), Yamaha Motor France, 3M , ABB as well as universities in France where I taught Business English to Masters students in European Projects and in Logistics amongst others. . I have experience in all levels from beginners to advanced in general and business English. I also have a long experience in preparing students for TOEIC, TOEFL and IELTS certificates. Until 2019 I taught presential classes to groups and one to one.In 2019/2020 I spent 14 months living and teaching in Sao Paulo, Brazil. There I taught English and French both face to face and online in IDION and worked as a consultant for Mindset Institute using the Burlington English method. As an Independent teacher in France, I have taught students of different nationalities online such as Brazilian, French, Camaroonian,Togolese, French Guianese, Greek, Italian etc. My classes are tailored to the different needs and objectives of my students and also to their professions. Amongst my students are IT technicians , nurses ,lawyers, sales managers and HR managers as well as airport security personel. I analyse the objectives and requirements of my students and build personalised classes according to these needs and their interests.I've been learning Portuguese for 7 years so I understand perfectly the difficulties in learning a new language.
