We have grown to currently about 150+ employees.The CFO role entails establishing routines and guidelines for all finance and accounting related activities and leading this work. Leading a team (size 8-10 people) of accountants and payroll specialists handling our customers bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, MEC, YEC and reconciliations, support and advisory services as well as the process of onboarding new customers. Responsibility including planning and delegating the work of the team, delivering service level agreement levels and monitoring key performance indicators, coaching and educating team members as well as leading continuous improvement projects to increase performance and efficiency in several areas.
