Monate Game Lodge - Limpopo.

To plan, coordinate and execute all marketing efforts for this four star lodge in Limpopo, from our offices in Centurion. I was also involved in the set-up and overall managing of the lodge, implementing systems and other functional tasks. Our marketing efforts include print, digital, online and personal marketing for the leisure, conference and wedding markets.

Plan and Manage diary, personal affairs, properties, meetings, guesthouse and game lodge bookings, etc.

- Draw up & execute workable marketing plan - Set up and manage social networking platforms for Eagle’s Nest- Plan & coordinate marketing projects- Grow client base & build relationships with current & potential clients through social media, newsletters, personal contact, etc.- Liaise with clients regarding conferences & assist with planning of events- Oversee preparations for and operations during conference/function- Initiate, promote and organize own conferences, workshops and events to public

- Compile and update the Operational- and Training Manual - Compile presentations to potential and existing clients- Construct campaign proposals with help of creative team- Coordinate workflow between creative team, design studio and developers- Communicate and liaise with clients and suppliers - Involved in process from presenting mobile media to client, to developing tailor-made campaigns for client, launching and management of campaigns, and reporting back to client with optimized results

- Opening and Locking-up - Waitress- Shift-manager- Assistant Floor Manager- Management of Reservations- Stock buying- General administration and personal assistance- Financial administration e.g. costing and cash-up- Marketing assistance

IventCo. was a team of 8 tourism honors members responsible for the planning, organization, marketing and hosting of a music festival in order to generate funds to sponsor to E.S le Grange School for Disabled- Delegating of tasks to management members en coordinating of the organization- Final decision making and management of projects and activities- Responsible for unity and teamwork within the management team- General guidance regarding tasks
