Coordinates the Montgomery County Public Libraries training program, including new employee onboarding, ongoing professional development, and the Maryland state certification process for over 150 library professionals. Provides mentoring and coaching tools and maintains a training repository of synchronous and asynchronous learning opportunities. Organizes professional development events including Staff Development Days for over 300 employees, and interdepartmental trainings.

Serves a diverse staff and community through the coordination of local outreach, programming. collections, training and development.

Provides core library services to all ages with a special focus on serving young adults. Collaborates with community partners who serve young adults (ages 12-18). Identifies local needs to develop tailored services and programs.Services include Passports (State Certified Passport Agent), Volunteers and Interns, Exhibit Installations and Grants Administration.

Manages daily operations of a small historic museum focusing on German architecture and 18th-century gardening. Coordinates and develops tours, volunteers, gift shop, community programming and outreach with the Historic Sites Consortium.

Provides information and tours for the Honors Program. Assists and coordinates the planning consortium trips and events.

Coordinates the library's summer volunteer program for teens called TLC. Evalutes volunteers and provides guidance to special tasks and projects. From 2002-2004 serves as a library page in the Children's Department.
