As HathiTrust Shared Print Program Officer, I was responsible for planning and implementing a shared print collection among the more than 125 HathiTrust members with a goal to retain print copies to mirror the digital holdings of the HathiTrust Digital Library. This program aims to ensure preservation of print and digital collections by linking the two, to reduce overall costs of collection management for HathiTrust members, and to catalyze national/continental collective collections.

Consulting engagements include:Eastern Academic Scholars Trust (EAST). Planning Consultant (2013-2017) to explore options and implement a regional shared print collection of monographs and serials serving libraries in New England, New York, and Pennsylvania.Harvard University (2015). Planning consultant to assist with review of Harvard Depository services and business model.Western Regional Storage Trust (WEST). an initiative to develop a distributed print journal repository program among academic libraries in the western United States.-- WEST Project Manager (2011-2013) (Phase 1, start-up phase)-- Planning Consultant (2013 - present) (Phase 2)Statewide California Electronic Library Consortium (SCELC). Planning Consultant (2012-2013) for a project to define a shared collection and discovery/delivery system based on holdings at the ReCAP library shelving facility.OCLC, Inc.
