My mission is to educate, empower, and activate prospective clients in the low-income communities GRID Alternatives is serving. I develop and manage marketing campaigns to encourage new clients to sign up to get solar systems on their homes.

Enabled everyone to be an evangelist for Sungevity home solar, driving new leads via email, direct mail, and other channels. I developed strategy for Sungevity direct marketing acquisition channels and executed with outside partners and in-house.

Directed acquisition and customer marketing campaigns for a telecommunications company that combines social justice, philanthropy and profits in its mission. I developed marketing strategies to highlight this unique value proposition. This position enabled me to gain diverse and hands-on experience in marketing strategy and planning, new product launches, creative development, partner marketing, acquisition direct mail development and list strategy, email marketing and customer communications.

Managed the direct mail program with focus on list segmentation, price point testing and mailing frequency analysis. Through direct report managed social media presence and customer service interventions. Launched unique mobile product for nonprofits, and managed referral marketing channel.

Worked on direct mail, creative development for mobile and long distance products, with an especial emphasis on list strategy and campaign analysis.
