I am passionate about first cooking; second, health; which both tie together nicely with my nutrition degree. My first two jobs out of university have a somewhat of a combination of both.Currently working in the restaurant industry assisting in managing 90+ staff at Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant. Very in-tune with my personality of a multi-tasking and fast-paced work environment, but also learning how to problem-solve quickly. Previously, I was a Nutrition Educator where I honed my public speaking skills as I was teaching in front of an audience as well as cooking with them. In both roles I have learned (and still am learning) entirely new skill sets which I am thankful for, and am having fun in the process. Looking up to different management styles, and working along side different personalities is also shaping me into a better employee.
