As Assist Brand Manager and Digital Captain, I ensure that our on-air content is on-brand with our station. I follow through with all social media posts promised to clients, write website blogs and social media content, and create visuals. Additionally, I assist the brand manager in maintaining due dates and campaign details, as well as developing creative promotional ideas for clients.

I co-hosted three morning shows during my tenure before moving to the midday show. In the morning shows, I assisted with production, gathered topical information for on-air discussion, interviewed guests and celebrities and reported on local news, weather, and traffic. As a midday host, I create content that keeps listeners tuned in, based on knowing what the audience wants to hear. I also perform on-air commercials and endorsements.• I built and grew a strong social media community that is an extension of my radio show, allowing me to connect with the audience in a more profound and personal manner thanks to my storytelling abilities. • I reached #1 across Houston in Nielsen ratings on several occasions throughout my career, consistently staying at the top of both the general and Latino markets due to my engaging personality."In addition to my on-air radio show, I also host a podcast where I discuss pop culture. I handle the entire process, including recording, editing, and uploading the podcast myself.

I conduct interviews for a community affairs show, reaching out to nonprofit organizations to book, record, and edit interviews. I also write quarterly reports to ensure the community affairs department is in compliance with FCC.• Nominated for Public Affairs Director of the Year in 2021 by Houston Media Alliance.

I collaborate with brands to develop social media campaigns through identifying goals and target markets, crafting messages that resonate. Create and implement concepts, reviewing analytics to ensure success. Develop and produce videos, including shooting, editing, and recording voiceovers.
