Spynergy Wicker Park challenges the boutique fitness norm. Our mission is to inspire positive mental attitude through fitness, music and community. An industrial barn tucked down an alley in Wicker Park, Spynergy feels different the second you enter our space. Spynergy offers a no-frills, heart pumping work out for all fitness levels. Through community events, music and an inspiring team of instructors, Spynergy Wicker Park is the first experience of its kind.

I am a connector and motivator. I am passionate about creating space for vulnerability and curiosity at my indoor cycling studio, Spynergy, as well as in my facilitation work outside of the studio. Over the last six years, I have worked with family business groups to tackle tough topics and facilitate challenging conversations between family members.
