Responsibilities included: seeking grants for operational support, capacity building and program support. Additionally, l served as talent for the station in numerous roles.

• 2005-2008 Vice President of Television for PBS WCNY TV: Responsible for long range strategic planning, visionary leadership, the production department budget, and coordinating projects with the Director of Education K-12. WCNY is a 7 million dollar company. Additional responsibilities included: serving as executive producer on documentaries and specials, overseeing all broadcast productions, and locating funds for special productions through grants and fundraising. I was responsible for upgrading the WCNY’s television product, moved into national competition with its documentary production and embraced creative new educational outreach projects that were both informative and entertaining. I assisted in improving our relationship with over 1500 volunteers and 20,000 members. We have engaged them by including them in WCNY events, rewarding them for their hard work with tangible rewards and inviting them to our annual volunteer dinner. As a television personality, my responsibilities included serving as talent for broadcast purposes and at fundraising events.
