These roles allow me to influence the future of AI ethics, education, and community impact, aligning with my passion for innovation and positive change.My consulting work with the Virginia Governmental Employees Association (VGEA) has been a significant part of my commitment to advocacy, where I work to enhance organizational strategy and engagement to advocate for Virginia state employees and retirees. This work underscores my dedication to improving the lives of public servants through strategic leadership and collaboration.I’m also proud to have recently worked with Maurice Graham on the launch of his book, "Pastoral Intelligence" (available at pastoralintelligence.com), where I provided strategic support to bring his vision to life. This project reflects my passion for supporting leaders in sharing their wisdom and insights with the broader community.I am also the founder of #weluvrva and A Richmond Original—two new initiatives dedicated to celebrating and enhancing the Richmond community.
