Human Resources Intern
Current- Gaining experience with a proven track record in managing employee onboarding, audits, timesheets, and payroll processes. Committed to ensuring efficient and accurate HR operations.
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening 50+ resumes weekly and scheduling 20-30 interviews per week
- Assist in the recruitment process by preparing orientation materials and assisting in 4-5 new hire orientations each month
- Help maintain employee records and update the HR database, ensuring 100% accuracy in records for 300+ employees
- Coordinate and participate in monthly employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events or wellness programs
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies by researching and analyzing 4-5 policies per quarter
