Committed to ensuring efficient and accurate HR operations.• Assist in the recruitment process by screening 50+ resumes weekly and scheduling 20-30 interviews per week• Assist in the recruitment process by preparing orientation materials and assisting in 4-5 new hire orientations each month• Help maintain employee records and update the HR database, ensuring 100% accuracy in records for 300+ employees• Coordinate and participate in monthly employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events or wellness programs• Support the development and implementation of HR policies by researching and analyzing 4-5 policies per quarter• Prepare weekly reports and monthly presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rate and employee satisfaction scores• Aid in benefits administration by answering over 60 employee inquiries per week about policies and benefits• Conduct research on 3-5 HR best practices and industry standards each quarter to improve departmental efficiency • Assist in organizing 3-4 training sessions per month, ensuring 90% participation and tracking employee development progress
