I selected a coffee roaster, decided on vendors, created an inventory management system in excel, marketing, baking, food preparation and set up a budget. In my 2 years there I took a new spot from sixty dollars a day to six hundred dollars a day. We went from me as the only employee to four part time staff. Before I move to Louisville KY I assisted in a large remodel to up capacity and help the shop continue to expand.

Jupiter Outpost is a Coffee Shop and Bakery in the Meat Packing District of Chicago. As Operations Manager I was responsible for daily accounting, distribution accounts, vendor communications, inventory management, staffing, scheduling, baking and customer relations.

Review and implement a variety of land use laws within Thurston County and local Urban Growth Boundaries. Assess land use development projects for compliance with Federal, State and County ordinances including zoning, shoreline, critical area, and forest practice ordinances, codes and policies. Collaborate with the community and other state and local development agencies to facilitate comprehensive and timely review of multiple land use projects. Coordinate weekly submission review conferences with community partners and potential applications to review feasibility of proposed land use projects. Represent the County and County Codes at public hearings and community meetings.
