As an Employment Specialist, I support job seekers and provide instruction in resume/cover letter writing, job search, and soft skills development. Provide Rapid Response services for community businesses that are closing, including presentations and distribution of service packets. Handel case-management for working professionals. Provide intensive case management to job seekers entering the workforce—coordinate job training services for potential participants, including On-the-Job and vocational training. I developed and implemented three new programs that help support communities in need of workforce reentry.

As the Career Center Coordinator, I assisted individuals with connecting to the Employment Development Department and assisted with searching for employment.
