Actively participated in City Chamber, Community Collaborative, and Homeless Provider meetings to build relationships and awareness on HIS, a new homeless information system, aimed at tracking resources available to the homeless community within Orange County.

Built and executed a PR plan for KidWorks, a nonprofit organization in Santa Ana that caters, guides, and nurtures youth within their local communities who live in at-risk neighborhoods with high gang activities. The main objective of the PR plan was to create awareness for KidWorks among local community members and business owners as KidWorks presence and positive impact on families and youth within Santa Ana is not well-known to people outside the at-risk neighborhoods where this nonprofit operates.

Cumulatively worked five different departments as a sales associate, consisting of: Cashier, Customer Service Desk, Receiving, Replenishment and Floor Associate. As a Sales Associate, customer service is priority and I ensured that all our guests’ shopping experience was smooth and positive throughout their visit by ensuring that all their questions and needs were met by the time they walked out the door. Also worked as part of the remodeling crew for the Bed Bath and Beyond store located in Yorba Linda, Ca. during the summer of 2014.
