I lead a group of 20+ Customer Care Team Managers. As CC Customer Delivery Leader the responsibilities/activities vary based on the specific needs of the business. Activities include manager development and conducting data analysis to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement. I partner with leaders across other locations and participate in developing training modules and suggest training ideas based on colleague/manager development and engagement. Manage and mentor new managers and new CCRs. When the the Elizabeth Arden Distribution Center closed, the inventory and distribution to stores was transferred to this new distributor. As the client specialist, I continued managing the orders, invoicing on a daily basis, received weekly shipment and maintained the inventory system. Assisted the Supervisor in all logistics operations. I was the subject matter expert and main contact between the two companies. (Minor in SAP)

At the Distribution Center, I received daily orders and divided them by route in order to have them dispatched by the deadline. Once dispatched, I submitted daily invoices into the system and ensured all orders were out for delivery. Received weekly shipments and entered all new data into the inventory system. Assisted the warehouse Distribution Manager in all tasks to managing the warehouse and logistics operation. (Expert in AS400)

Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish and English), handled inbound and outbound calls. Assisted cardholders with all of their credit card needs providing an excellent customer experience. As the computer room operator I was responsible for updating the inventory daily and ensuring accurate data was entered into the system, also printed daily invoices for next day’s delivery.
