Community Operations Lead
Current-Operational management of 8 buildings in Guadalajara and Mexico City.-FUP- internal and external stakeholders.-Management of preventive and corrective maintenance for all physical systems in each building. -Communication and negotiation with suppliers.-Data analysis and strategic expense projection to control and optimize economic resources, generating savings in OPEX.-Management and execution of CAPEX projects.-Direct communication with clients and handling support requests while maintaining low SLA times.-Enhancement of client experience through NPS.-Direct liaison with various WeWork teams including: IT, Procurement, Product, Events, Taxes, Billing, Member Support, Sales, and Account Management.Additional Achievements:-Negotiation and agreement with TITANLUX for WeWork Mexico, standardizing colors across all areas of the property, streamlining the "MIMO" process, and generating OPEX savings.-Standardization of the "MIMO" process including hand off from the Sales team.-Standardization of KPIs for the "Operations Lead" role in Mexico and Colombia.-Social project within the Pride of WeWork committee; educational/labor workshops for users of Refugio Casa Frida.-Closure of WeWork Arcos Bosques building in Mexico City (April 2023).-Opening of WeWork Punto Sur building in Guadalajara, JAL (February 2022).
