About Lizbeth Martinez

I have faced difficult challenges throughout the past couple of years from starting university during COVID-19 to my mom losing her business to a fire, and eventually losing her to cancer in 2021. Despite the challenges I have faced, I have learned to use my challenges as a motivation to keep going. I am now a Senior studying at Chapman University as a Business Major and a minor in nutrition. Before my mom lost her business in a fire, I was able to learn many skills and was able to recognize the challenges a business can bring. I was able to learn how to manage a crew, customer service, and how to market to an audience. This has made me want to further my knowledge of businesses by advancing my skills in every aspect of a business including but not limited to: marketing, management, finance, accounting, etc. I am motivated to learn and grow more as a person.
