  - Works with Metro Schools' Accelerating Scholars program under the Connected Literacy grant- Assists with the development of Grade 1's workbooks- Schedules sessions for full-time tutors and volunteers- Plays a critical role in communicating with tutors, tutor leads, partners and Connected Literacy families- Supports tutor retention and engagement- Registers students through the Connected Literacy portal- Analyzes and identifies process improvements to strengthen the tutoring program- Serves as a tutor (2-hour/week commitment) to ensure a robust understanding of the tutorexperience and needs- Monitors student engagement trends; flags for tutor leads if students are absent- Assists with the planning and execution of parent and family engagement initiatives related to the Connected Literacy grant includes but is not limited to recruiting parent volunteers for engagement events, connecting with other groups to fill personnel gaps related to family engagement programming, assisting with managing the family literacy council, etc.- Supports Tutor Leads to develop, coordinate, and execute tutor/volunteer appreciation activities- Completes other necessary activities regarding Connected Literacy as they emerge
